01Who we are

Dubai Base is a brand operated by Merenhall LLC, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Merenhall LLC is responsible for the processing described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@dubai-base.com.

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers the website dubai-base.com and its request form. The website does not currently offer customer accounts or a customer login, and we do not ask you to upload identity, banking or other supporting documents through the public website.

03Information you send us

When you use the request form, we receive the following information:

• first name and last name
• email address
• phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• the service you are interested in: Golden Visa support, personal bank account support, or both
• your message
• your confirmation that you have read this policy (the form cannot be sent without it)

Together with your request we record the language version of the page you used, the date and time of submission and of your confirmation, and a technical request identifier. The identifier is created for each submission so that a request is processed reliably and is not recorded twice if it is sent again; it is not used to track you. We also assign an internal reference number to your request.

While we handle your request, we keep internal processing and status information relating to it, for example its current status, the team member responsible for it, follow-up dates and notes on our contact with you.

Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in your message.

04Why we use your information

We use the information to receive and review your request, to give you a first assessment, to contact you and communicate with you about the services you asked about, to manage and follow up on your request internally, and to keep a reliable record of its processing, including protection against duplicate submissions. We do not currently use the information from the form for newsletters or marketing emails, and we do not sell personal data.

05How your request reaches us and where it is kept

Your request is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our website server, where it is checked and validated. It is then delivered as an email to our mailbox hello@dubai-base.com and stored in our internal system for managing inquiries, where our team handles and follows up on it. Your request may therefore be kept both as an email and as a record in that system.

06Spam and abuse protection

To keep automated spam out, the form contains a hidden field that people do not see. Submissions in which this field is filled in are discarded. The server also checks the format and length of every submission and rejects requests submitted from other websites. We do not use a third-party CAPTCHA or spam service.

07Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit the website, technical data is processed to deliver the pages and keep the service secure — for example your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and information sent by your browser. This data is needed to operate the website. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

08Cookies, analytics and tracking

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking technologies and does not set cookies for such purposes. Fonts and images are delivered from our own website, not from third-party servers. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

09Service providers

We use the following service providers to run the website, receive requests and manage them:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and technical processing of form submissions
• Alfahosting GmbH — email infrastructure (sending and storing the email with your request)
• Supabase — database infrastructure for our internal system for managing inquiries

These providers process data only to the extent needed to provide their services to us. They may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States, the European Union and India.

10How long we keep your information

We keep information relating to your request only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle it and follow up on it, and for as long as applicable legal or legitimate business requirements make it necessary. We periodically review requests that have not led to an engagement and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required. If your request leads to an engagement with us, we may continue to use the information as part of that engagement for as long as it is needed for our services and for legal or legitimate business requirements.

11Security

We use encrypted connections for the website, for email delivery and for our internal system, validate all submissions on the server and restrict access to information about requests to authorised personnel who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

12Your requests

You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us that you no longer want us to use it. Please write to hello@dubai-base.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time in line with applicable law.

13Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the website or the way we process data changes, for example before new features such as a client portal are introduced. The date at the top shows the latest version.
